POUGHKEEPSIE OFFICE

The Poughkeepsie office of Spiegel, Brown, Fichera & Acard is located at 272 Mill Street in the City of Poughkeepsie. Parking is located in the front of the building.

From North of Poughkeepsie: Route 9 traveling south, make a left to turn on to Route 44/55 Eastbound. At the 3rd traffic light turn left onto Academy Street. Proceed to the third traffic light and make a left on to Route 44/55 Westbound (which is also Mill Street). After passing the Bank of New York building, turn left into the parking lot after our sign.

From the South of Poughkeepsie: Route 9 traveling north, make a left to turn on to Route 44/55 Eastbound. At the 3rd traffic light turn left onto Academy Street. Proceed to the third traffic light and make a left on to Route 44/55 Westbound (which is also Mill Street). After passing the Bank of New York building, turn left into the parking lot after our sign.

From the Taconic Parkway: Turn off to Route 55 and travel West. Take that for approximately 10 miles to Poughkeepsie where it turns into Route 44/55 West. After passing through the light at Academy Street, our office is located immediately following the Bank of New York building on the left. Turn left into our parking lot immediately following our sign.

FISHKILL OFFICE

The Fishkill office of Spiegel, Brown, Fichera & Acard is located on the corner of Route 9 and Route 52 in the Village of Fishkill at 43 Main Street.

From North of Fishkill: Route 9 traveling south, make a left to turn on to Route 52 at the Fishkill light and head East. Turn around and travel Route 52 West. Our office is the last building before Route 9 on the right. Make a right into the driveway just before our building and the entrance to the building and parking is in the rear.

From South of Fishkill: Route 9 traveling north, make a right to turn on to Route 52 at the Fishkill light and East. Turn and travel Route 52 West. Our office is the last building before Route 9 on the right. Make a right into the driveway just before our building and the entrance to the building and parking is in the rear.

From Route 84 in Newburgh: Travel east on Route 84. Get off at exit 13 and take Route 9 North make a right turn on to Route 52 at the Fishkill light and head East. Turn around and travel Route 52 West. Our office is the white stone building which is the last building before Route 9 on the right. Make a right into the driveway just before our building and the entrance to the building and parking is in the rear.
